March’25 Skål International London dinner

An evening of culinary excellence and craft beer discovery.

On March 11, 2025, Skål International members and guests gathered for an exceptional evening of gastronomy and camaraderie at the elegant Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre in London, Ontario.


The event, hosted by Skål International member and General Manager Sean Palmer and his outstanding team, showcased the very best of Ontario’s culinary and brewing traditions in a refined farm-to-table dining experience paired with a curated tasting of Steam Whistle Springs products.

Steam Whistle Representative Brandon Chaffee delivered an excellent presentation, educating our members and guests on the art of pairing their beer products with the chef-inspired menu.
