The Executive Committee is the governing body of the organization overseeing the management of the Skål International General Secretariat, located in Malaga, Spain.

The Executive Committee is formed by six elected members who are accountable to the General Assembly, being led by the President of Skål International who represents the Association.

These members are elected by the General Assembly of delegates each year during the Skål World Congress.
